Our CEO met with a close friend who wanted to get into land flipping for permaculture purposes. During that conversation, an idea sparked in his mind of regenerating the soil for homeowners, at scale.

He left this meeting inspired, and began researching who this idea can service.

While researching, he learned of the pressing need for workforce community members to attain homeownership.

Leveraging his Masters in Real Estate Development education, he created a rent to own business plan to meet the housing need of workforce community members that integrates the ethical design science of permaculture into the communities.
